Question Meal planners - what's on your list?

I've recently started meal planning but only have a limited number of meals in rotation so wanted some more ideas to add some variety.

    Anyone want to share?

    Our list-
    Stirfry
    Tacos/ enchiladas/ burritos
    Pasta
    Curry (mostly indian)
Rissotto (rice cooker best invention ever!)
    Burgers (with lentil patties)
    Falafel Wraps
    Roast Veg Salad
    Curried sausages
    Potato Bake
    Roast
Special noodles (2 min mi goreng with vegies added)
    Potato Salad
    Pizza (made on pita bread)
Soup (roast garlic and pumpkin, morrocan, tomato and lentil, vegie etc) with turkish bread
I didnt specify flavours with pasta etc as we always make it different for example we might make curry with chickpeas and say potato one week then lentils and whatever is in the fridge... in general I just get whatever vegies are on special so meals end up different.
    I love cooking and baking!!!

we only have a limited menu.. and what makes it a little more difficult, we dont all eat the same thing every night!

    Sausages (all of us!)
    Tacos (all of us!)
    schnitzel/parma (me & dd)
Beef in black bean stirfry (dp only)
    fried rice (dp & dd)
sweet n sour pork (dp only)
Burritos (dd & i have honey soy chicken, dp has beef/caps/onion skewers)
roast chicken (bought already cooked- we all eat)
    lamb chops (dp & dd)
    peppered steak (dp)
    pork medallions (dp & dd)
Honey Soy chicken & rice (me & dd)

thats all i can think if at the moment! nothign too exciting here at all!

we always have either mashed/roast potatoes, wedges/chips or whatever with all of the meat dishes, i just decide what, when i take the meat from the freezer in the morning. i figure if dp has chops one night this week with mashed potatoes.. he wont mind having them again next week with wedges & garlic bread or something lol

Was jsut about to run out before but on my list is:

    Spaghetti bolognaise/spaghetti & meatballs
    Sausages, mash & steamed vegies
    Deviled sausages
    Beef stroganoff
    Chicken burritos
    Satay chicken
    Chicken & sweet corn soup
    Pumpkin soup
    Sweet potato & bacon risotto
    Chicken schnitzel and baked veg
Asian style meatballs & fried rice
    Quiche
    Chili con carne
Steamed dim sims (frozen ones, I'm not that creative!) and fried rice
Marinated chicken wings, rice and salad
    Chow mein
    Beef/chicken stir fry with noodles

    Lazy meals are usually:
Chicken & veg/meat pies, mash & steamed vegies
Ham steaks, rice (usually a packet side dish one, like the continental ones) & salad
Chicken nuggets and steamed veg (for the kids when we are eating something too spicy or something I know they won't eat - DD has a real aversion to rice at the moment which is a TOTAL pain)

Seems like we all have pretty much the same stuff!

I'm going to add after reading your lists and having a look online for some new recipes:

    Tuna mornay
    Shepherd's Pie
A creamy chicken & mushroom pasta dish of some kind - anyone got a recipe?

These are things I usually do in cooler weather, not so much in summer. And I use my slow cooker mainly in winter too for stews and casseroles etc so will start using that soon.

I'd love to add lasagne too but I make a lousy, lousy lasagne! I've tried so many times and it just never turns out right.

Willow I do an awesome lasagne, I call it Cheats Lasagne cause there is zero work involved, and it's not 'real' lasagne IMHO but everyone loves it anyway.
Cook up your mince, add a jar of spag bol sauce (I usually use Dolmio Extra Garlic), mixed herbs, salt, pepper & I sometimes add Garam Masala.
Buy a jar of Dolmio's Bechamel Sauce & a packet of pizza cheese (blend of cheddar mozzarella & parmesan)
Layer mince, pasta sheets, mince, bechamel sauce, cheese, pasta sheets, mince, bechamel sauce, cheese.
    Cook
