    Pregnancy-friendly picnic food!

We are spending New Years Eve at the family concert at Perth Zoo - yay! Myself and my good friend are both pregnant so this year we need to come up with pregnancy-friendly picnic food! We can't cook anything there (no BBQs etc) and will be packing everything up a good few hours before dinner so it needs to stay cold in an esky.

I can't think of much besides mini quiches (vegie ones), vegetarian sandwiches (but exactly what so they aren't too boring?) and vegie sticks with an appropriate dip. Hmm.

    Help please!!

How about some roast suck for something special? I hear the luv a duck from the supermarket is pretty good.

    Pregnancy-friendly picnic food!

FL ha ha funny. Nice idea but I stay away from cold poultry when pregnant - even if I cooked it myself and put straight into fridge, I don't like the idea of it being in an esky for a few hours (it's my microbiologist background!).

A couscous salad? You could do it with roast veggies - I love pumpkin in mine!
Or a cold roast veggie salad.
Some Sausage rolls? You could do a vegetarian option
    Potato Salad
    Tuna salad
    Bread and dips/olive oil
