    Oh really?! LOL, I've never made omelettes before, didn't realise it was so easy Is it okay to substitute goats milk for cows milk, or does it hafta be cream?

    Yep you can sub, but you seriously only need a dash.
    Only 2-3 eggs too or you will just end up with scrambled eggs

    Do they have to be omelettes? You could just boil a couple of eggs in a enamel cup in a few minutes. Less dishes too!

    Yeah, I've gotta fit in bucketloads more veg through the day. We currently have scrambled eggs for brekkie, so she suggested loading them up with veg and calling them omelettes!

    You could fry up some sliced mushrooms and keep them in the fridge for a couple of days. Finely chopped spring onion? Not sure on the nutrition content of an onion though.
