HELP! I have a 600ml carton of pure cream, and I don't have a recipe!! I bought it instead of some other cream I needed for a recipe, and lost that recipe anyway!
What can I use Pure Cream for? It goes off today and I want to use it (otherwise, I've wasted money and I don't like that! )

The easiest would be a pasta sauce....
Quiches too...about 1 part egg to 2 parts cream
Garlic sauce is a good one on your steak or seafood - fairly hot pan, oil, garlic...stir (dont let it brown) splash of white wine or lemon juice, let that burn off a little pour in your cream, bring to the boil and reduce until thick.
Add a 1/4 teaspoon of dijon mustard and a handful of chopped chives, dill, or finely chopped parsley.

Could you freeze it in smaller portions to use in pasta sauces over the next couple of weeks? I've never frozen cream but I reckon that just so long as you didn't cook it too hard it would unfreeze ok.
