Great idea about freezing, I might do that next time although seriously one batch is more than 1/2 gone in less than 24 hours LOL I took a few to work and everyone who had one wants the recipe. I didn't have enough cho bits but the biscuit themselves are so nice they don't need them.

*drools* Sounds great! Pity we always eat our choc chips before we get the chance to make cookies! :P

My kids want some peanut butter chips in them... I going to get some from USA foods and give it a try.
Oh, the one thing I really liked about this recipe is that when I was pregnant with Harrison, I could still eat the cookie dough cause it has no eggs! So good for pregnant cravings.

Lisa, just made your cookies and they are FABULOUS!!!!

Have some on the bench, and some in the oven as we speak

Am wishing now I divided the mix & added the cocoa like you suggested so I had both types to try!!

Oh well, will have to make some more tomorrow

I'm sure these ones will be gone as soon as Luke walks in the door from school and DH from work...
