Just wanted to let you know that it was actually a bit of a hit.

The kids (and parents!) liked the dip and my DH thought it was pretty good too. I liked that I was serving up something healthy in a fun way.

No dramas at all with the carrot! Everybody like the baked bean dip though and I am secretly proud that I thought of making a dip out of them!
