2 grated carrots
1/2 onion chopped
1/2 cup frozen corn
1 cup cheese (or in my house we avoid cheese and add 100gm chopped ham for that extra salty flavour)
1 zucchini grated (or a handful of finely chopped spinach)
6 eggs
1 cup cream (in my house its rice milk)
1/4 cup self raising flour
Mix it all together (beating the eggs first and then mixing through everything else) and pour into shell....
