Rouge - Your Recipe! YUMMMMMMMMM!! chicken salsa

We made this tonight Rouge & its a new favourite already! YUM!!

4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
1 package reduced-salt taco seasoning mix
1 jar salsa
1/4 cup light sour cream

1. Spray the crockpot with cooking spray.
2. Add the chicken breasts.
3. Sprinkle with Taco Seasoning mix.
4. Top with salsa.
5. Cook on low for 6-8 hours, or high for 3 hours depending on your
crockpot.
6. When ready to serve, remove the chicken from the pot.
7. Stir in 1/4 cup of sour cream.
8. Serve with rice.

Geeze louise, I don't know how old that recipe I can't even remember where I got it from!

Glad it was a hit, I think I'll have to dust off the ole' slow cooker and give her another whirl. I've gone back to old fashioned slow cooking in my red baby (La Chasseur) because she's so fun to cook in!

We had it last night! Lol. Although i accidentally put the whole tub of sour cream in woopsie, still tasted nice!!
