Sandwich fillings that are suitable for freezing?!

We do this - saves soo much time!
Cheese & Ham
Cheese & Vegemite
Chicken & avocado (it looks a bit funny but tastes fine..up to you

Avoid tomato and salad items.

Thats all I can really think of for now.

We used to make up two weeks worth of rolls and chuck 'em in the freezer, it was genius (in fact we should do it again).

Anyway the fillings we used to use were ..
Chicken, Cheese and Mayo
Salami and Cheese
Ham/Turkey and Cheese

All defrosted beautifully

recent success with Ham/sliced cheese/grated carrot.

(woot - my very fussy eater, who won't eat any veg raw or cooked, ATE and REQUESTED AGAIN, grated carrot in her sandwich!!!!)
I have waited four years for her to like and request a vegetable. i am still on cloud nine from this.
