Sausage Roll mix in fridge overnight?

We have a little party on Saturday morning but I won't have time to do everything so my question is, can I mix all the sausage roll mixture together and leave in the fridge overnight?

I don't see any problem but I am not very expert when it comes to these things. The mixture is sausage mince, chicken mince, breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, parsley.

Yep, you can! You can even freeze the whole sausage roll (including the pastry).

I reckon you can even roll them up the night before, but make sure you cover each roll in cling film! The pastry can dry out otherwise and gets horrible. So wrap them tightly.

    Good Luck!

you could make them, cook them til just coloured and then freeze/fridge them (depends on how long til you need em) then just put back in oven and cook/heat til good colour.

i'd say if you'd bought the mince that day or defrosted it that day then it wouldn't be a problem. i usually do what HotI suggested though & make them up, cook them & then reheat them the next day (or freeze if it's for longer). makes it even easier on the day of a party

Thanks everyone. I didn't even think to cook beforehand. What a timesaver. I will do that on Friday.
