    I tend to nuke them for a short while. That way they can be precooked in the same dish that I use in the oven.

    I put mine into a microwave container with cream and cook them until they're tender... the cream gets thicker and the potatoes taste 100 times better IMO

    Id LOVE to make scallopped potato but DP doesnt eat potato

    i actually assemble the dish, microwave till cooked then chuck it in the oven for 10 mins to brown up a bit

    No boiling here, I slice them quite thin and use cream, bacon, cheese, onion and its delicious!
