    Senstational Salads

I am so over the normal tossed salad and potatoe salads!!!!

After having alovely BBQ yesterday with the family I wanted to share this gorgeous salad my SIL made.

    Pear Salad

1 x bag of baby spinach leaves
1 x small block of fetta cheese
    3 large pears
    punnet of blue berries
    crushed walnuts (only if desired)

Chop pears into small bite size pieces....do the same for the fetta
wash the baby spinach leaves a drain
    put leaves in bowl first
then mix the pear, blueberries and fetta together and place ontop of the leaves.
Finsih of with crushed walnuts if desired.

Sounds funny but OMG it is so YUMMY

Now its your turn to share...whats your favourite salad
