Shortbread biscuits?

Yum, I love shortbread! And Babyluv just gave me a great excuse to bake some - we're going to make a big batch so DS can give it to friends and family as Christmas gifts!

black-rose and ladiebirdflies - roughly how many pieces do your recipes make?

And does anyone know how long it will keep for before going stale?

I use a rectangle slice tin, 20cm x 30cm it depends on how big you cut the slices... at a guess I would say 20??
