Tandoori salmon with parmesan and Basil mash potato and steamed asparagus?

Cook the salmon as you would tandoori chicken (although with salmon you don't need to do it as long) I normally get a baking tray and a cookie rack and put it on that so it cooks all the way around....

So buy some tandoori paste and some yoghurt and marinate it following the jars instructions. The cook the salmon in the oven I'd say about 10 mins maybe 12 but no longer as it will dry out... (maybe turn half way through) at the same time boil some potoates and mash them as you would normally... stir in some grated parma (fresh) and some torn basil leaves... serve with steamed asparagus.... and you've got a very easy restaurant quality meal (I actually stole this recipe from a very famous sydney restaurant )

    Nononono

Marinate the salmon according to the tandoori recipe on the jar... then basically roast the salmon in the oven on the rack...

If you need me to explain it better let me know...

Usually there are instructions on the tandoori paste jar and you usually need natural yoghurt to mix with the paste to create the marinade.

    Its DELISH
