Have you tried ricemilk? So much better for you and a little sweeter. Soy isn't so good....

Ps. have you tried A2 milk? It's usually a protein and not a lactose intolerance (this is why true lactose intolerance in babies is pretty much incompatible with life as breastmilk naturally contains it), normal milk has a mix of A1 and A2 proteins and loads of people feel much better after converting. You may also want to look at reducing gluten but I don't have an idea of why you think you have this prob without symptoms etc lol We always buy full cream A2 and its great, my son has less stomach aches as do lots of people

No I havent Kel.....Might buy some this week!!

Everytime I have any form of dairy, I **TMI** get the runs, really bad stomach cramps!! I was thinking of the gluten thing too!! My mum mentioned that to me, and she also told me that I did have an intolerence when I was younger.

Fresh soy milk is definitely nicer than the UHT. When we moved to soy we got one carton of three different kinds one week, and we are settled on Vitasoy Soy Milky. Originally it was because it's the only one that doesn't go all funny in hot coffee or tea, and now it's just what we're used to. After 2 years, I think they're all OK though.
