    Spinach side dish recipes

Does anyone have any tasty recipes for spinach as a side dish?

This is pretty easy... but very yummy...

Baby Spinach (or regular spinach) sauted in a pan with olive oil, butter garlic salt & pepper. You can also add things like bacon, or fresh tomato... I know people who add pine nuts (I'm not a big fan) and also a touch of lemon juice.

    Nice, thanks!

I've done it before with garlic, canned tomatoes, cream and pine nuts but the boys aren't too keen on it unfortunately.

If it's for boys, can you mix it with mashed potato and grated cheese? I've yet to see a boy pass up mash.

My baby would eat that Nelle, but my toddler won't eat anything with "bits" in it. Everything has to be served separately

This is probably not suitable for kids but I had the most fantastic side dish of spinach in a gorgonzola cheese saucy type thing recently when we ate out.
