Storing Fish?

You can go to seafood places that sell the fish already frozen. I get around 10 fillets of fish individually wrapped soIi can just pop the bag in the freezer and pull out what I need to use. Fish needs to be well wrapped as it gets freezer burn and drys out and I usually keep it for up to 3 months. You can get delicious seafood combination, baby squid and mussels frozen from the seafood places too.
