wash them thoroughly, shake off excess water and lay on a large damp Chux cloth.
Roll up - not too tight no too loose - and then roll the chux up in glad wrap. Just fold the ends over.

ooo adding an extra question, same container, wrapped etc or separate, ie does one herb "kill" another?

Wrap them separately, and there is no need to put them in a nother container. Just fold the ends of the glad wrap over and put them in the top of your vegie crisper (so they don't get squashed).
But large Chux clothes, and you need only re-rinse them with cold water ever few days (you don't need to wash them unless the get manky, and then just hot water rinse in the sink). Make sure noone uses them to wipe the bench lol so keep them somewhere safe when you aren't using them for herbs.
Very ecnomical, keeps things super fresh, and easy as...just unroll to use and reroll when you are done

If i have an excess i freeze mine and then thaw to use in cooking or dips, not fantastic on their own after thawing as are a bit limp, but just as flavoursome and far far better than dried herbs.
