On an impulse I bought some Silken Tofu during my last shop thinking it was the kind you could stir fry.
However on rereading my stir fry recipes I have realised I bought the wrong kind.
So have you cooked with Silken Tofu? What do you like to with it?

I used to whizz it up with all sorts of veggies for pasta sauces or pie/casserole fillings, even made a chocolate 'cheese'cake with it, but I was vegan & couldn't use cheese or eggs for that sort of thing. Not sure what else.... the scramble idea is good 'cept I always crumbled firm tofu for that... Hope you find something yummy to make with it!
