Ange gave me a great recipe for stuffing and I have adapted it a tiny bit.
I use cous-cous and mix it up with the juice of one lemon, some chopped apricot, some sultanas, some pepitas or pine seeds, salt, extra-virgin olive oil, some morrocon style seasonings (cumin, corainder seeds etc) and an egg and then shove it all in. Yum-yum.
