Ok, here are some of my favourites:
Polenta, Pinenuts, sundried tomato, onion, garlic, pepper, olive oil and a little salt.

Crush corn cruskits and put in a bowl with a little milk or water (cover bicuit completely). Once moist add diced bacon, cheese, garlic, and onion.

Boiled rice, soy sauce, shallots, frozen peas, diced bacon (optional).
