    suggestions on what to do with banana's

    DF got a box of banana's from work. Ive given away half the box already. just wondering what i can do with them?

    so far i have
    ~muffins
    ~cake
    ~bread
    ~pikelets/pancakes

    any other suggestions??

    Lots of smoothie!!
    Also, you can make a REALLY spicy curry and as a side dish slice banana and roll in dessicated coconut, which takes the chilli taste away.
    A friend of mine freezes them and cooks with them later, she says they are fine but I've never tried it.

    crush some nuts, roll the banana in it and freeze them.
    Banana icecream?

    My favorite way to eat banana is on bread and covered in raw sugar. Love it

    When I have bananas that are too ripe for my liking but I don't want to cook on that day I just freeze them and use them in a banana cake when I feel like baking. They work out just fine.

    peel banana
    wrap in alfoil
    squeeze lemon over banana (still inside alfoil)
    close up alfoit
    freeze it

    when you eat it, it's a bit like eating icecream

    I have 2 rather overripe, medium sized bananas.

    Anyone got a muffin or cake recipe for me?
