    Foods to stockpile and freeze

What are your favourites to make and freeze? I'm going to so some soups and lasagne but looking for other ideas also.
How long can you freeze things for without them going bad?

Cooked stuff can keep in the freezer for about 3-4 months. I did a heap of curries, mexican mince, spag bol, beef stew and cooked sausages (for the kids mainly). I don't think I really had to cook a meal for about 10 weeks, between leftovers, a meal roster from church, takeaway and easy oven bake fish and chips. Made life so much easier with a new bub!

Cottage pie - don't brown the top before freezing so it's not over browned on reheating.
Sweet and sour meatballs w/wo rice
    Italian meatballs and pasta
Sweet and sour sausages and rice
    Chicken pasta bake
    Pumpkin soup
    Pea and ham soup
Chicken nuggets - I make with breast/thigh fillets, crumb in a herb crumb and freeze - don't cook till needed
Spring rolls - I prepare them and freeze in layers but don't cook till needed - I oven bake them.
    Chicken kebabs - uncooked
