I am planning on making the cake for my up coming baby shower but am torn between how to ice it. I usually do a white choc ganache with this particular recipe, but am toying with the idea of using fondant.
I have never used the stuff before and seeing that I am pretty novice at cake decorating am looking for tips and advice on the stuff.
I cannot give too much away about the deco's but I think the fondant will make the cake easier to decorate as I have an idea in my mind. I can always revert back to ganache and cream though.
