where do you put your dough to rise?? its easy in winter as it goes near a ducted vent but what about summer? i have mine today in the drawer under the oven with it turned on low-ish, anyone have any other suggestions??

We usually heat the oven to about 40-50 degrees C before we start, and then turn it off when we start making the dough, and put it in there to rise![]()
We put ours in the garage attached to the house, because the air con is on in the house and you walk out into the garage and it's like a sauna, lol. It always rises well there.

I read that you can put the bowl in a sink with warm water coming half way up the bowl's side and just refresh as needed
if it's hot outside i just pop it on the bricks. i made oliebollen yesterday and did just that! worked a treat!
