I read that you can put the bowl in a sink with warm water coming half way up the bowl's side and just refresh as needed

if it's hot outside i just pop it on the bricks. i made oliebollen yesterday and did just that! worked a treat!
The other good one I've heard is the car!!![]()
I put mine in the oven turned on to about 40*C. Where we live is really humid so while it feels hot, it just doesn't seem to be the right kind of warm to rise bread dough. The oven creates more of a dry heat so I just put it in there - I cover it with a damp tea towel.
i put mine next to my flat screen tv. It gets quite warm there
I put a tea towel over mine and place it outside on the verandah that is always in full sun.
thanks for all the awesome suggestions!!
I put mine in the car too - it must look a little weird to anyone who sees me do it and doesnt know what its for
Otherwise if i have had the oven on it goes in the cupboard above it but it does rise best in the car i think![]()
NO NO NO NO NOOOO!
Heat up 2 dinner plates and put one on top of the bowl and one under, it never fails.
Rouge's granny gave me that tip![]()
