For my sins I've drawn the "deserts" role for our Christmas dinner. I'm making a little trio of deserts -including tiny baby meringues - probaby will make them about the size of a 20c piece. I've not tried this size before having only made either full size pavs or individual cup sized meringues before. Any suggestions on how I should change the temp or cooking time to take into consideration the much smaller size. Will be using fan forced electric oven.
