Turkish bread / foccacia fillings

hmmm just wondering what combinations of fillings you have on your turkish bread / foccacia??


i cooked chicken breast the other night let it cool then sliced it, on turkish bread with pesto mayonnaise, lettuce tomato cheese bacon & avocado then toasted it

and i just had ham cheese tomato and avocado yuuuuuuuuuuuuummmmmmmmmmmmm!!

I love turkish bread toasted with hummus on top, or just dipped in olive oil. Yum yum!
