    Talking Urgent fish help please!!

I've got a piece of fish that I am cooking tonight for me and DH and I don't know what to do with it! Not sure what it is - I am a fish novice but i'm trying to eat more in my diet. It's white, I guess you could call them fillets??

I know my sister sometimes cooks fish in foil in the oven but she's not in! Help, does anyone have any good fish recipes??

And I need details! Tell me everything from what to put with it to how long in the oven and what temp.

Thanks guys, DH should be home around 7

I cook fish in a foil envelope often if I don't know what else to do, put 1-2 slices of lemon, or 1 tbsp of lemon juice, a splash of olive oil and some spice like capers or dill or something like that. My favourite bag has the lemon juice, olive oil, coriander and thai basil and chilli.

ETA: I fold two pieces of foil together with a lifted top if that makes sense. I just chuck everything in & seal it up, no rubbing or mixing together first. I cook it in a low oven for 8-10 minutes.

I serve it over basmati rice with steamed veges.

Geez...what a life saver this was. I was about to type almost word for word the same thing, as we bought some fish today with the same aim to get more fish in our diets. I thought I wonder if anybody else had ever had the same request so did a quick search and here it was. Thank you...fish is now cooking in the oven, should be ready soon

We put de-seeded, de-membraned chili, lime, grated fresh ginger and olive oil on ours and cook it the same way that Christy does. Soooooo yummy
