Bought some frozen spinach yesterday as I'm going to make spinach & ricotta cannelloni for dinner tonight (fingers crossed it tastes ok and doesn't kill anyone!).
Should I cook the spinach first (as it's currently frozen) as per the packet directions, or just thaw it out before mixing it with the ricotta cheese to stuff the cannelloni? Reading the recipe on the back of the cannelloni box it seems like they just used fresh spinach.
I've never used frozen spinach before, nor made cannelloni, so hopefully it will work out. Can't be too hard surely..
