Using lime in hommus

I was going to make hommus but I have no lemon. I do have lots of limes.
Will it be too sour if I sub lime for lemon?

do you have any citric acid? You can dissolve in water and use instead of lemon juice

I made this exact substitution a few weeks ago... if anything it turned out nicer.

Same - I have used lime before, without noticing the difference.
