I don't think I eat anything weird really...
    I love sweet spiced gherkins...
And curried egg sandwiches with gherkin spread on them - soooo good!

But I don't do weird lol
I will try things for work, etc, and will try most foods once, but don't bother offering me that weird combo sandwich cos I just won't even try it!

my friend eats christmas beetles. her mum catches them by putting out a bowl of water and in the morning she collects them and fries them.

Apparently they are crunchy with a gooey centre! :vomit:

Another time, I came home and my DH's friends were visiting and i said hi to them, and i went to put the grocery in the fridge. i saw a container and thought what is this, so took a closer look and it was FREAKING BUGS from MY CITRIS TREEEEEE. It was his snack for the night at his house, hell will he be frying them at my house!

I am with Emma on the PB thing....lurve it!

I like stale and/or burnt things....cakes/muffins/bread/other baked goods normal people throw away....I love the burnt, hard, chewy bits!

I'd die without my Green Smoothie every day:

    Blend the following:
    Banana
    Apple
    Broccoli
    Greens (spinach/any asian green/silverbeet/romaine)
    Carrot
    Cucumber
    sometimes Chia too
    sometimes Spirulina also
    Ice and water.

    Yum yum.

I love vinegar too, TM!! I'll put it on just about anything or drink it straight, it's good stuff! And yessss, OMG PB&C!! Got introduced to it in high school when we had American exchange students stay with us, they were so devo that Reese's stuff wasn't available here and improvised by buying blocks of Dairy Milk chocolate, tubs of Kraft peanut butter and just dipping squares in the PB and eating it... I still love doing it to this day! DH thinks it's weird, but it tastes SO GOOD!

My latest craving is smoked oysters with French Onion dip on Jatz cracker. HAVE to be Jatz crackers, no other brand will do! DD1 and I nearly made ourselves sick the other day, dipping crackers and squishing smoked oysters on top! I just can't stop, it's gross... 'just one more..!'

I'll pay the salty plums angelaart! Also associated - dried mango, pawpaw (mmm my favorite) and dried ginger! i've also done the green mango and salt, but not the full blown way with fish sauce etc...sounds yummy!

I grew up my whole life eating vegemite, cheese and celery sandwiches. Is yummy, the crunch of the celery raises it to a whole new dimension.

i dont think there wierd, but df finds it repulsive, so these are my fave sandwiches..
    vegimite and nuttella,
    vegimite and honey or
    salt and vinegar chips.
(he alsouse to think vegimite and cheese was yuck, but i caught him out eating one the other day! apparently the smell got to him and he had to have one!)
in primary school, my bestie and i use to alternate salt and vinegar chips dipped in nuttella, with them slathered in tomato sauce.
my 5yo ds loves the maccas pickles, YUCK!!
