If you want to knock the socks off them, buy a block of cadbury milk cooking chocolate and on the back is a recipe for a mud cake. It is absolutely divine and really easy to make. Top it off with a dark chocolate ganache and then melt some milk or white choc and dizzle across the top.
Or I have a kick-ass recipe for a lemon meringue baked cheesecake.

yeah i would also love the recipe for the cheese cake( iv been craving cheesecake myself lately lol )
