Hmmm - this is tough. I have too many faves
My DH loves my Chilli Fisherman's Stew and my Seafood Paella (he's obviously a seafood lover).
My faves are Burmese Chicken (from slowcooker thread) and a newie i made up - Chicken, Mango and Macadamia Filo's (i'm a chicken girl!)
Sweets - Chocolate Marble Cheesecake Slice is a hit (previously posted) and a Bill Granger recipe - Self-Saucing Chocolate Puddings.

I like cooking with filo, usually I make spinach, ricotta & spanish onion filos but would like to try your newie. I love chicken & mango. I make up a heap and put them in a big container in the freezer. DH will often come home and work a little from there during the day so they are the perfect thing for him to pop in the oven for his lunch.
