What can I do with Celery???

I was going to post this same question!

I have no idea what I can dishes I can use it in.

I use it in lots of different soups, caseroles ect... it's great in the slow cooker, it cooks it down and you can't really taste it in there.
Waldorf salads use celery don't they?
Oooh thinking I need to buy some celery to have some peanut butter and celery for snacks, lol!

Casseroles, Soup, Stews and Risotto.
The risotto is one of my absolute favourites and so is Stew and Dumlings
Chicken soup normally has celery in it I think?

Vegie burgers have celery in it - only two sticks of it though, so it won't take much.. but its something? And they are absolutely delicious.

I use celery in anything I put vegies in. Especially if it's saucy you can't even taste it.
The leaves are very as a water retention prevention tea - but it tastes gross!!
You can even use the leaves if you're keen.

chedder chesse in the middle of a stalk is nice as is peanut butter!!

I have a yummy (and healthy ) Asian dish i use it in, will pop back tomorrow with the recipe, tis at home & im at work!
