What to do with 3 day old bread?

As the title suggests, I have some home made bread which is now stale. I would rather not throw it out, and the only other thing I can think to do with it is to make bread crumbs.
Does anyone have any yummy recipes or ideas of what I could do with it?

Apple pan charlotte (it's an appley bread pudding)
    Ribollita (soup poured over bread)

If you have lebanese bread they make the yummiest ever dish with chick peas and yogurt and stale leb bread and pine nuts. It's called fattah or maybe fettah.

You can make croutons and store them in an airtight container and they will stay crispy for soup tonight or ceasar salad.
    Or Rouille Sauce.

bread & butter pudding is one of my favourites. You have to use real butter and slather it on with a trowel. Then throw lots of raisins or other dried fruit, lots of cinnamon and nutmeg, eggs and milk with a bit of cream.....so yummy. And full of protein and calcium, so it must be good for you
