Apple, blueberry and cinnamon muffins - Niliac posted a great apple muffin recipe once that I've made into apple and blueberry before.

Just use apple and blueberry puree where it says apple (I always use a tiny bit more than the recipe calls for)
I've also chopped up walnut and made it into and apple and walnut loaf.
