I put diced pork in fried rice or sometimes marinade it and chuck it on skewers with some vegies and fry them.
Emptying out the freezer this week and as usual have all the same things leftover! I normally make a yummy sweet & sour stir fry with diced pork, but we had that last week and was wanting to have something a bit different. Any ideas? Since being pg have been struggling to eat pork and lamb (lamb chops have been going to the dog) so something with a sauce/lots of vegies that helps to diguise the taste would be great.

maybe a pork satay sauced dish (eg instead of chicken satays) or a curry (mild or med depending on your taste/ability)
Well I just had this dillema the other week
I basically made apricot chicken but used diced pork. I wasn't overly fussed but Dh and the kids loved it. I think it could have done with little more salt and maybe some veges thrown in as well
