When we were are the market the other day, Fletch picked up 2 gorgeous looking corn on the cob, usually I either boil them or grill them on the bbq but I'm looking for something else to do with them to use as a kid friendly main dish for dinner. Hubby will be out for a work dinner tomorrow, so I thought I could do something special for just me & the kids... any ideas?
hmmm see i normally roast them with some yummo spices...but i guess that the result is very similar to grilling...i reckon with sweet fresh corn the simpler the better! mmmmm now i want corn LOL!
