arriving home this afternoon, I discovered that our freezer door had been left open, and it was full of meat!
I've managed to salvage some that was only partially defrosted, including about 1kg of lamb casserole meat. I was thinking of putting it in the slow cooker tomorrow, but was wondering what with? Maybe some crushed tomatoes and vegies?
How about turning it into a lamb curry?
If you don't feel like mixing up a curry yourself some of the curry in a hurry bottles are pretty good. There is a Pataks one I like but I can't remember the name (purple label medium heat).
