what to do with pork
I was given a few pork butterfly steaks??
What can I do with them?

My fave pork dish is pork steaks topped with macadamia nuts and mango sauce. It's delish!
What about Morroccan Pork... you know the Masterfoods spice shaker things?

I just panfry or BBQ them with a little bit of salt and serve with apple sauce or a mustard sauce. If they have the rind on, cut is off, rub a bit of oil and salt on it and pop it under the grill to make crackling.
You could also use plum sauce/marinade on them too.

I had some the other night with honey mustard sauce and veggies - yum! I use the Chicken Tonight sauce.
could dice it and have sweet and sour pork - can even batter it if you like.
make into strips and have stir fry.

I would also suggest pan frying and serve with apple sauce and vegies. Yum!

I'd bbq them and have them with plum sauce - or if you have time, marinade them in the sauce first - YUMO!!

some yummy ideas there!! unfortunately my pantry was bare though...
So I grilled them with some vegeta seasoning and they were soooo delicious. thanks
