I like mixed salad leaves, tomatoes, cucumber, capsicum, sometimes carrot & cheese.
Celery can be good too, but I don't eat it.
    Then I use balsamic dressing...yum!

That's exactly what I made tonight!

Iceberg lettuce, tomato, cucumber, onions, grated cheese, feta and sometimes some sweetpepper or peppadews. I'll also do the trio-of-sprout-thingies and avo if it's a special occasion.

And I love my honey-mustard dressing.

... everyone loves how i always sprinkle some raw pine nuts on (when not lazy i roast them under the griller)

(me too Emma ... i love the Taste website and i also always use Cos lettuce over any other lettuce, semi-dried toms & lebanese cucumber has that extra bite to it )
