Talking What are you baking this weekend??

DH and I are baking another Choc Swirl Baked Cheesecake tonight ready for his birthday BBQ tomorrow!!!! it's sooooo yummy! We made one together 3 weeks ago for when his parents came over and they just loved it. It was just as tasty as those yummy baked cheesecakes you get from Coffee Club for $8 a piece! But better..... and cheaper hehe

What are you making or baking this weekend??

I've never been a big fan of cooking (thankfully DH is!!) but I just LOVE baking desserts and cakes etc and all those naughty things that make you fat!! I just don't bake every week otherwise i'd be huge! LOL!

YUM you girls are making me hungry!

I baked a chocolate cake yesterday which is pretty much gone! So I'll probably bake another if I get time or maybe some blueberry muffins!

Ooh, forgot. Will also be testing the Christmas gingerbread for gifts. Want to make sure the concept works before I go making a whopping huge batch of them.

DD's birthday cake. I think I'll do the butterfly cake from the Womans Weekly kids birthday cake cookbook, but DS wants me to do the castle for her hmmmm....

I did the train for DS's 3rd birthday. He still talks about it bless him.
