DP's fav is Chicken Parmagiana, which I can't cook, because I can't get the breadcrumbs to stick, even with pre-boughts but I make a great cheat version, with no crumbs.
I love anything, as long as it isn't spicy or seafood. I just love cooking.
silver moon. just a tip re breadcrums. dip the chick in beaten egg, then into the breadcrums and pat them on well then back into the egg, and back into the breadcrums and pat down well again, put em in the fridge for 20 minutes and it sorta sets the crumbs. those baby's wont come off then!
Another way to do it is seasoned flour, egg wash (it makes a glue) and then bread crumbs. And if you want the yummiest breadcrumbs go to your asian grocer and get Japanese breadcrumbs! DELISH!
I love beef stir fry. I love making it. I love eating it. When ever I cook it I always make too much (on purpose) so I can have more the next day for lunch.
Roast lamb with pumpkin, potato, gravy and seasoning (made using my grandmother's recipe)! The ultimate comfort food. I also love a good barbie - steak, snags, kebabs and yummy salads!
My DH's absolute fave is my gnocchi with chicken and creamy sundried tomato pesto, but at the moment its pretty rare I can be bothered with that!
Personally I love an extra hot chicken vindaloo, or thai green curry, or anything spicy! Lucky the baby seems to like spicy food too, I dont wanna stop!
Ok...Ambah and Beckibee will testify that I am obsessed with a small noodle resturant in Carina, Brisbane, called "Song Song". My fav dish of all time is Udon Chicken Satay from Song Song. No one makes it like them. Pity I now live 3 hours away. I dream about this dish - seriously.
Here in Kingaroy....I like Sweet Chilli Chicken Stirfry with Jasmine Rice.
At home...I luuuuuuurrrve TACOS!
...and Chicken and Mushroom Filo, with a really fresh salad and french dressing.
