    I dunno Nelle, fried rice can be pretty darned exciting. But maybe that's because I've had a hankering for it for months now...

    We're either having a pasta thingi with zucchini, sage, salami, olives and tomatoes, or more likely, fish & chips or something that doesn't involve me cooking. But we do have citron tart and a chocolate custard ?clair from the French patisserie... mmmm.

    We're having lamb cutlets, but not sure what to do with them. It's 33 degrees and humid as anything at the moment. Any ideas?

    We're going to have a pizza as dp doesnt finish work until 9.45! I might make some potato wedges though and have salad too as I don't actually like pizza so much - then I can eat the wedges and salad and he can have the pizza lol - ideal!

    Kids are at their dads so I am having something totally unhealthy... Nachos with HEAPS of cheese and avocado! Now I am full!
