Lol DH made his one and only concession for Mother's Day last night and let me order pizza... and so he should, after the crapola day I had...

Tonight, I'm thinking chicken Kievs and vegies (mash taties and pumpkin, carrots, peas, corn and broccoli). I just hate the mess associated with mashed vegies lol, if I get my bum into gear early enough I might roast them instead. Yum

We had Chicken Stir Fry last night (made by DH! )

Tonight we're having savoury mince... trying to decide if I'll do mash spud with it or wrap it in tortillia's so DD will eat more of it
apart from the tortillas, i'm gonna hve to ask if you're living here - we had curried chook stirfry with rice last night, and having savoury mince tonight!

Tonight, I'm going to to try my hand at eggplant parma's, stuffed with sundried tomatoes and cheese. Going to serve them with steak, so the Man doesn't think I'm turning him into a vegetarian.

As soon as I wash some dishes. Boo hoo.
