Yum Smithy! Makes me wish I had all those in my house right now to cook!

Tonight is Pork Mignons with Garlic butter, and i think some steamed vegies with brown rice. Found a sauce which I might try out, which is soy sauce, peanut butter, hoi sin suace, ginger and garlic all mixed together and poured over vegies (or toss vegies in sauce) served on top of the rice...... hope it tastes alright.

Mmmm we just had baked rockling with sautéd garlic cloves, halved cherry tomatoes and onions with a small nob of butter, baked on a bed of baby spinach (all in a foil parcel so the tomato juices mix) served with steamed brocoli and mash.

PZ it's just some salad greens (whatever you like), some chopped up corriander, sliced capsicum, peaches and a wickedly zingy thai dressing made up of...
    brown sugar
    sesame oil
    fresh grated ginger
    garlic
    lime juice
    soy sauce
    chilli and garlic paste
    salt
    oil (peanut, olive, avocado)

v nice..and vegan too (not with the green chicken curry obviously )

What's on the menu at your house tonight? I'm thinking of chicken breast stuffed with sundried tomato and fetta, and maybe some basil pesto... wrapped in filo pastry with either steamed veges or salad? But really, I have no idea hahaaa
