    I'm struggling for ideas. I'll probably pull a roast beef out of the freezer and throw that on. Not exciting but we really need some vegies. I've been so lazy lately.

    yeah another lazy one here....we are going round to some friends for takeaway but will feed the kids before we go, just got a BBQ chook, will cook some cheesy pasta and veges to go with it...lacking in motivation at the mo

    DP is still recovering from having a tooth pulled so i think im just going to have toasted sandwhiches! No mess & yummo! There we go, decision made!!

    Beef and red wine casserole sitting in my fridge that I slowcooked yesterday, served on mashed potatoes, yummy and means I only have to boil the potatoes when I get home from work!!
