    Moroccan style eggplant, pumpkin and chickpea curry.

    It will most likely taste disgusting...but I have to get rid of this bloody eggplant some how.

    Either corned beef with broccli & cauliflower gratin or chicken schitzel with wedges & gravy. Cant decide!

    Off to mums for pepper steak and roast veg...everything tastes better when you dont have to cook it yourself

    We are having yearling steak with exotic sauce and lots of fresh vegies from the market today, beans, tato, carrot, corn and brussel sprouts need lots of greens to keep iron up

    Good old chicken snitz and veg here tonight but with cheesecake for dessert. Yummo!!
