Hmm I forgot it had tomato sauce in it. Maybe put some BBQ in instead?

I've decided on cattiatore in the slow cooker as Rouge suggested.

    What's for Dinner #4

I've just put on an Italian beef casserole in the slow cooker.

Tinks I sometimes do chops like that but I use tomato sauce and soy sauce. Haven't done it for ages but it's a quick easy meal.

What sort of casserole? What about Polenta or a can of Canneloni Beans heated up with garlic and onion and blitzed? Pureed Sweet potato/Cauliflower. Or you could make up a risotto base and stir the casserole through the risotto we do this with frozen leftover casserole and I'll stir through some fresh baby spinach as well.

Dumplings are great with casseroles, when the casserole is nearly done you just dollop the dumplings on top of the casserole and back in the oven for 15-20mins. Really yummy!

With Polenta..you can get the ready to go one from the supermarket. It is vacumed packed and all you have to do is slice and grill it.

We are having roast pork chops with apple and steamed vegetables. Thanks to Taste

We are having Meat Loaf with roasted vegetables and I am going to give those baby carrots a try that Poh did last night on her Poh's cooking show.
I loved that she was cooking with Ian Parmeter..I always watched his Consuming Passions show and his Pasta Carbonara is one of my boys all time favourite dinner's!
